By creating an account with mukenetsuapi.com (mukenetsuapi.com) or using the API, you agree to these terms.

About the service

We provide an OpenAI-compatible chat-completions API for 1 hosted language model. This service is provided as-is without uptime guarantees.

Your account

You are responsible for your API key and all actions performed using it. If the key is leaked, please reissue it.

Permitted use

You must be an adult. You must not use the API for illegal purposes in your jurisdiction, for generating sexually explicit content involving minors, for harassing others, or for attacking systems you do not own. We may suspend keys used for such purposes.

Billing

Usage is billed per token from prepaid credit at the prices shown on the pricing page. Trial credit expires 7 days after sign-up. Paid credit never expires.

Refunds

Credit is non-refundable. Credit is prepaid balance for API usage. Once payment is added to your account, it is final and non-refundable.

Credits never expire, so you never lose what you paid for. Paid credits remain in your account until you use them, whether tomorrow or 1 year from now.

The only exception: if we cannot provide the service. If the API stops working for your account and cannot be recovered, we will refund unused credit in the same stablecoin you paid with, to the wallet address you provide in writing.

Mistakes are always corrected. If credits are not reflected after payment, or if 1 charge was billed 2 times, please contact us via the Support with transaction details. We will fix it. This is not a refund request and has no expiration.

Trial credit is free and for trying the API. It is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and expires 7 days after sign-up.

If you reside in the EU, EEA, or UK and purchase as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

Independence

mukenetsuapi.com is an independent service. Names of other companies and products are mentioned on this site solely to describe compatibility or comparisons, and belong to their respective owners.

Changes

We may update prices and these terms. The current version is always posted on this page.
